Walker Insurance Agency is a licensed insurance agency providing comprehensive insurance coverage services in Florida. We offer Auto, Home, Flood, Umbrella, Boat, and RV insurance products. These Terms of Service govern your general use of our website and services. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive SMS or text messages from us. SMS communications are governed by a separate, optional opt-in described below, and you may use our website and services without agreeing to receive text messages.
Age Eligibility
Our services and SMS program are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this website, requesting a quote, or opting in to receive text messages from Walker Insurance Agency, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Opt-In & Consent
SMS consent is a separate and optional action and is not bundled into these Terms of Service or any other agreement with Walker Insurance Agency. You may decline to receive text messages and still request quotes, purchase policies, and use all of our services without restriction.
Opt-in is obtained exclusively through a dedicated, unchecked-by-default checkbox on our Get a Quote form, where the consumer affirmatively chooses to receive (a) non-marketing service messages (such as policy updates, appointment reminders, and customer service communications) and/or (b) marketing and promotional messages from Walker Insurance Agency. Consent is never required to obtain a quote, purchase a policy, or receive any service from us. Consumers' phone numbers and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
By affirmatively checking the SMS opt-in box on our form, you consent to receive text messages from Walker Insurance Agency at the mobile number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out & Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages as needed to provide you with insurance-related information, including but not limited to quotes, policy updates, appointment reminders, and customer service communications. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
